By accessing and using Pixelspure (the "Service"), you agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, please discontinue your use of our services immediately.
2. Permitted Use
Pixelspure grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our suite of web image tools for both personal and commercial image optimization purposes. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, inject malicious payloads, or overload the website's infrastructure.
3. Intellectual Property Rights Over Your Images
You retain 100% complete ownership and copyright over any images you process. Because all processing executes in-browser on your local machine, Pixelspure never takes possession of, licenses, publishes, or claims rights to any file or visual material you manipulate using our tools.
4. Availability and Service Changes
We continually improve and update our tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or tool without prior notice. We shall not be held liable to you or any third party for modifications or service interruptions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pixelspure is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Pixelspure or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
